Refund / Cancellation Policy - All payments/deposits are fully refundable with written notice of cancellation postmarked thirty days prior to check in date. The security deposit will be returned within 30 days by mail providing the home is left in a reasonable manner. Any damages or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit and charged to the tenant. NOTE: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change.
